You might be fooled into thinking that the Vauxhall Viva is a relatively new car. However, the first iteration actually came in 1963 and was discontinued in 1979. Vauxhall recently resurrected the Viva, and it was for a good reason. The Viva is a brilliant little city car and has proven to be a popular choice for city commuters and first-time drivers. As you'd expect, Vauxhall has radically changed the shape of the original Viva and made it into a genuinely fantastic looking little car. Unfortunately, the Vauxhall Viva is no longer being manufactured by Vauxhall.
The Vauxhall Viva isn't intended to be a family car. That being said, it's relatively simple to fit an ISOFIX child seat to the backseats. If you have just 1 kid, the Viva is definitely easy to live with.
The Viva is a safe city car. It scored a 4 star (out of a maximum 5) Euro NCAP safety rating. City cars usually don't rate so highly, so this is impressive.
No. The Vauxhall Viva is only available with a petrol engine. As the Viva has been discontinued, this is the only possible engine you'll find.
